7.3 Reviews and Ratings
Reviews submitted through the Platform must be genuine and based on real experiences. We employ moderation processes to maintain review quality. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our content standards.
Providers may respond to reviews publicly. Review manipulation (including offering incentives for positive reviews or retaliating against negative reviewers) is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
7.4 Promotions and Marketplace

8.2 Referral Program
Locabee may offer referral programs allowing users to earn rewards for referring new users. Specific terms for each referral program will be communicated at the time of the offer. 14. Limitation of Liability

- The total amount paid by you to Locabee in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability; or
- One hundred euros (€100)
14.3 Mandatory Consumer Protections
For users in the European Union and Hungary: The limitations of liability in this section apply only to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. They do not limit Locabee's liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk., Act V of 2013) or mandatory EU consumer protection regulations
- Breach of statutory warranties under applicable consumer protection law
For users in Germany (zusätzliche Regelungen für deutsche Verbraucher): In accordance with German law, the limitation of liability does not apply in cases of intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit) of Locabee, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents. Liability for slight negligence (leichte Fahrlässigkeit) is limited to foreseeable, typical damages and only for breaches of material contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten). § 309 Nr. 7 BGB remains unaffected.
For users in Austria (österreichische Verbraucher): In accordance with the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG, Konsumentenschutzgesetz), limitations of liability do not apply to personal injury caused by gross negligence, and limitations on property damage caused by gross negligence are void. § 6 KSchG provisions regarding unfair contract terms remain unaffected.

For users in Romania (consumatori români): Under Romanian consumer protection law (OG 21/1992) and Romanian Civil Code, any limitation of liability shall not affect liability for bodily harm, willful misconduct, or gross negligence. For users in the United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, cannot be excluded or limited. Section 57 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (liability that cannot be excluded or restricted) applies.
For users in the United States: Where prohibited by state law, the limitations and exclusions in this section may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable state law.
