2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. You have 14 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase to request a full refund — no questions asked.

This cooling-off period applies in accordance with:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
  • Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses

2.5 Effects of Refund

  • Any Credits included with the refunded subscription will be revoked
  • Free-tier access remains available if you wish to continue using basic features
  • AI-generated content created during the subscription period remains subject to the Terms of Service

3. Credit Refunds

3.1 Automatic Credit Refunds (System Errors)

If a credit-consuming operation fails due to a system error, we will automatically refund the consumed Credits to your wallet. System errors include:

  • Server errors or timeouts
  • AI API failures (third-party AI provider service disruptions)
  • Payment processing errors
  • Any error where the requested operation did not produce the expected result due to platform malfunction

Automatic Credit refunds are processed within 24 hours and will appear in your Credit wallet transaction history.

3.2 Manual Credit Refund Requests

If you believe Credits were consumed incorrectly and an automatic refund was not issued, you may contact our support team at [INSERT EMAIL]. We will:

  1. Investigate the issue within 3 business days
  2. Issue Credit refunds where appropriate
  3. Notify you of the outcome

3.3 Non-Refundable Credits

The following are not eligible for monetary refunds (but may be eligible for Credit refunds):

  • Purchased Credit packages (separate from subscription plans) after the 14-day cooling-off period
  • Credits consumed for successfully completed operations (even if you are unsatisfied with the AI-generated result)
  • Credits consumed due to user error (e.g., incorrect input, accidental trigger)

Note: Unused Credits from purchased packages remain available until their stated expiry date.


4. Subscription Renewals

4.1 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your paid period
  • No prorated refunds are offered for unused time within a billing period after the initial 14-day window

4.2 Renewal Refunds

Subscription renewals beyond the initial subscription purchase are not eligible for monetary refunds. To avoid unwanted renewals:

  • Cancel your subscription before the renewal date
  • You will receive a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before your subscription renews

5. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent refund requests or abuse of the refund policy
  • Services that have been fully consumed or utilized
  • Customized or bespoke services (if offered in the future) after delivery has commenced

6. EU Consumer Rights

6.1 Statutory Withdrawal Right

For EU/EEA consumers, the 14-day refund period corresponds to your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

6.3 Hungarian Consumer Rights

Under Hungarian law (45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. If you requested the commencement of the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportional to the services provided.

6.4 German Consumer Rights (Widerrufsrecht)

For German consumers, the right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) is governed by §§ 355 ff. BGB. You may submit your withdrawal in German. The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract.
